Life moves you in the direction it wants you to.

We are still at it....all be it not preparing for a bench meet but we still are lifting...My daughter is 4 months old and for the most part doing very very good. We will be getting after it again over the summer months.

Our Daughter is finally here....


A little late I guess, as she was born on 1/16/07 but heck here she is......she currently doing well, she was born with Spina Bifida and long term issues/concerns won't be known till she gets a little older but currently she is doing pretty well. She has already had two surgeries and hopefully that will be all for a while......
We will be getting back into the gym soon...I really haven't done much lifting since before Christmas, but I have been hitting the cardio so that is a plus for me....

Happy Holiday's to all

Great time of the year, for many reasons other then working out....which is good and bad... :) but we will get working harder come the new year...still getting in atleat 2 times per week so that isn't to bad for now....

Still at it....

It has been a very very busy time of year....we are about two months out for our 2nd daughter and it has been crazy around work...so time in the gym has been down a little...Which is ok...I don't mind take time off due to the heavy weights it allows the body to heal....I have been doing cardio atleast two times per week so that helps but my brother and I should be getting back to the weights soon....

Bench 1 (week 9 of 10)

Not a bad workout....things have been nuts around here and we continue to work at getting into the gym and we will but things have been getting in the way so it has made it tough...Not to stressed as I have been walking atleast 3 times per week and my weight is down about 10 pounds so I am feeling better about that...

We plan on finishing out this 10 week cycle and starting over adjusting the weights and really focusing on the board presses and lockout type work....it should be fun.

Same workout we did a few weeks ago...again, nothing special about it...just have been SOOOO busy I haven't had the time to get things going the way I would like to...but I would say in another week or 2 things will be getting better for me...
