Tig,
Welcome to the world of blogs. Thank you for stopping by mine!

What meet are you training for? Are you lifting raw or in a bench shirt? What is your body weight?

Don't mean to ask too many questions..., but you have some nice numbers there

Yeah, no prob...once I am getting ready for a USA POWERLIFTING MEET in Cleveland Ohio..Here is a link...

http://www.usaplohio.com/usapl_ohio_meets.htm

It is a solid meet if you look at the flyer on that link it talks about how this meet got started....It is a solid meet...I use the bench shirt...Titan Fury...I have been doing these meets for about 10 years...I am 6 foot and 265...It is fun...Once I get a little more sure about myself on here I will try and post some pics...I really am new at this and unclear how to make some changes...like on my main page...I really would love to get rid of the purple on it....but haven't figured that out yet...

Good luck with the meet. The USAPL is a good organization and I know that the folks there in Ohio have some pretty good meets.

I'm don't have much knowledge either when it comes to setting up sites and changing features. I too am tinkering with mine.

How do you like the Titan Fury? I've always used Inzer. When I lifted, back in the '90's, the Inzer shirts was really the only available shirts that could be used in the USAPL and a few other Feds. Titan must have came along with a shirt while I was away from lifting the last few years.

yeah...the Fury is a solid shirt..They have an F6 out now and it is a little different and like the Fury better...Titan does a great job with their shirts..and as with you I use to always use inzer but IMO-JUST MY OPINION the Titan shirts are better...I know some like Inzer but I really think the material and the warranty and the way they go on is much better then the inzer...most people at the meets I go to in Ohio here use Titan...

I'll echo what some of the other guys have said - nice benching. Are you working the triples in the shirt based on trying to get used to touching lighter weights?

yeah...we are really focusing on hitting the spot and getting a nice press call on the last rep...we are also using a "loose" shirt...We will be using these shirts for our openers and then changing to a tighter shirt...but yes...we are doing the trips so that way we can get nice looking reps in...with the shirt...
