Shoulders and Tri's TONIGHT....SHOULD BE FUN!!!!

We will see how it goes....I like doing shoulders and Tri's....Always looking for different exercises to do for both...Let me know what you guys do....thanks

just a small workout as I had to stay over at work....So this is much shorter then the norm...but if you havee other ideas of things to do for shoulders...let me know...thanks guys
DB raises (superset)

front-25x10, 30x10, 30x10
side-25x10, 30x10, 30x10
DB tri's overhead80X10, 90x10, 90x10, 100x8

Rope Tri push downs30x10, 40z10, 50x8, 50x8
Single arm tri's (rev grip)30x10, 40x10, 40x10, 50x8

How come no overhead presses? Also make sure to hit those rear delts.

let me ask...when you say overhead presses...what do you mean????I do (not this time) but usually do this lift where I am sitting at a Smith Machine and then take the bar down to the top of my chest and press it upward...are those what you are talking about?...and yes...rear delts...Iusually do some pull back type lifts either mach. or DB...or pull downs...

Yep that's what I mean by overhead presses. Although I wouldn't do them on a Smith.
