OFF THIS WEEK....WELL FROM LIFTING...NOT WORK...
It will be nice to get a little break from hitting the weights...Still going to do cardio 4 times this week...so keep the blood moving....
I am new at this, but my main purpose was to post my workouts and to give and get ideas from others who are lifting and who has lifted....

What kind of cardio work do you do? My poison is the treadmill :(
Usually done at 4 AM 3 days a week. I feel so wicked that I got to get up before the rest of the lifters knows what I've dong ;)
lol...treadmill and the elipical..and a little bike...really whatever gets the heart moving....I use to go in before work...It was fun...but now the gym I lift at doesn't open early enough for me to be able to do that....but it is ok...really didn't like getting up that early...
