Bench 1 (week 5 of 10)

Good work out for us...the only downside is I found out the gym will be closed all this week...That really sucks..esp. with how I was wanting to get back into the gym hard this week....Well might have to go to the old gym a few times this week.....o well it will work out...

Flat Bench-135x10, 155x10, 185x8, 200x8, 240x6, 260x3, 280x1 (shirt goes on)-375x3, 400x2, 425x1, 450x1, 475x1
Rack Lockouts-375x5, 400x3, 425x3, 435x2, 445x2
Floor Presses-275x5, 315x3, 325x3
Incline Bench-185x10, 225x10, 235x10

Hey Tig..., I found it beneficial to lift at different gyms when preparing for a meet. Alwasys great to re-visit old friends too.
