QUESTION ABOUT BOARD PRESSES
When doing these...which boards do you start with??????2 boards or 5 boards?????wanting to do these tomorrow and really don't know which way to start working them....thanks for the help....
I am new at this, but my main purpose was to post my workouts and to give and get ideas from others who are lifting and who has lifted....

I would say depends on where your sticking point is really and what part of the ROM you want to hit.....5 board? jeez i wouldnt be able to hold the bar, how tall are you?
well I am just over 6 foot...we will see I am not sure if we will use that one or not as I am not sure if I will like the feel....won't be much motion to it...thanks for the help...we are going to start with the bigger boards and go from their...I think we will use 5 and 4 or 4 and 3 to start...
As Chris said, it depends. As a shirted bencher probably 2 boards and up. How you use them will depend on the program you're doing and/or your sticking point. The most effective use may be using the board just below your sticking point. With my range of motion I could probably do a 7 board no problem. :(
So are you planning to work through all the boards? Metal Militia does there work from highest to lowest number of boards. They work through low boards on one day and high ones on another.
