Bench 1 (week 6 of 10)

Easy workout, well take that back...easy flat bench....others were pushing pretty good...we are getting back into the gym this week...it was nice to be off but it is nicer to be back in it...a break is always good....we didn't use the bench shirt today and probably won't next week...again, it doesn't hurt to change somethings up....

Flat Bench-135x10, 255x10, 275x8, 300x8, 340x6, 360x3, 380x1
Rack Lockouts-375x5, 400x3, 425x3, 435x2, 445x2
Floor Presses-275x5, 315x3, 325x3
Incline Bench-185x10, 225x10, 235x10
