Bench 1 (week 7 of 10)

Nice workout...we aren't doing any shirted bench's at this time, taking time off of the shirts....So this is been good as we have been able to get some nice work in....The rack lockouts were heavy today....not sure why they felt so heavy but couldn't hit the weight i was wanting so we just did 5's...it worked.....floor presses continue to be a good lift for me....

Flat Bench-135x10, 255x10, 275x8, 300x8, 340x6, 365x3, 315x10
Rack Lockouts-375x5, 405x5, 405x5, 415x5
Floor Presses-275x5, 315x3, 325x3
Incline Bench-185x10, 225x10, 235x10

yeah....been doing some treadmill a few times per week...haven't posted it...and need to do more...esp. with the holiday's coming up....have to get ready for all that...
