Bench 2 (week 5 of 10)
Not a bad workout....I was very sore after the workout Tuesday....but felt better today...SORE IN A GOOD KINDA WAY....no pain...which is great...This workout went better then I thought through a few extra reps in on the board presses...I really like them...Probably will stay with the 4 boards for another week or 2...then go down to 3 boards....
Flat Bench-135x10, 225x10, 255x8, 255x8, 275x6, 315x5
Close Grip Bench-225x8, 275x6, 275x5
Board Presses-365x5, 405x8, 430x5, 440x3(4 boards)
Tricep pushdowns-110x10, 120x10, 120x10
Preacher curls-50x10, 70x10, 70x10
Flat Bench-135x10, 225x10, 255x8, 255x8, 275x6, 315x5
