Bench 2 (week 6 of 10)
Made some increases today...overall things felt good...We moved down to the 3 boards for the board presses....that was nice...I think the 3 board range is near perfect for making the most increases for me....overall we are just working hard probably will put the bench shirts on next week again....

Looks like your enjoying them boards!!! thats some serious weight your moving, how long have you been lifting? what type of shirt do you use? Single? Double? Denim's?.....
Thanks man...well I have been powerlifting since my jr. year in highschool...so that is been about 9 years....It is fun...I have learned A LOT since then and still am learning...I use a single ply Titan Fury...I love it...the next shirt I buy will be the Kantana by Titan...great shirts...IMO. The Boards are fun...I really like the range of motion they work...we just started these about a month or so ago....
Wow thats quite awhile, i wished i would have stuck with it from my younger years but what can you do? hindsight is 20/20 as they say. Are you more of an arch type bencher or a flat back bencher? Let us know when you try that katana, sounds like an interesting shirt....
wow, did you say you were a beginner a the top, or is that just blogging :). Looks like you are shifting some serious weight there...
