What meet are you doing? Bench only right? Best of luck.

By the way, what do you do for shoulder presses? Seated/standing, full range/limited, etc.

It is the Pete Lanzi Meet...Pete was a power lifter who died in his early years out of High school...sad and this is a memorial to him...

Good luck Tig.

With this weekend being Memorial Day, do you find it tough to get ready for a meet around holidays?

well just so we are clear...it isn't till next weekend...the first weekend in June...but other then that....no...it works out nicely...for me...cause I plan on really not doing any lifting till the meet...now if it was Christmas it might be tough just cause how busy it is that time of the year...but it will work out well..

Very nice shoulder presses. Are they in front of your head? It'll be a long time before I can do 6 in front.

Have you done a USAPL meet yet? Best of luck.
