Bench and Tri

Not a bad workout today....The reps were tough but the weight seemed to be going well...Going to be starting a little different workout probably in two weeks...after the holiday....I seen Shawn Lattimer's work out online and have been in email conversation with him and going to be doing some workouts like his....I guess you can't argue about a guys workout since he is benching close to 900 pounds....so we will see this goes...it is going to be tough but tough is good...

Back when I benched in ashirt I used Lattimers workout from PLUSA and hit a PR. My raw bench took a 35lb hit at first but then started to increase after the first 2 months. I think it was the floor presses and lockouts that helped out so much.

that is what he said happens a lot...that your raw bench goes down but then in time it all goes up again....which is nice...

Hopefully he comes back from all the injuries he's had and hits that 900.
