Back/Shoulders/Biceps
Due to being overwhelmed at work this week just put a lot of "stuff" together in our workout today....it wasn't bad as I plan on doing back and biceps together as all the pulling from the back workout gives the biceps a nice workout anyway....it wasn't bad doing these 3 muscle areas...

DB Hammer curls-30x10, 30x10, 35x8, 35x8
Chest Support Rows-135x10, 135x10, 185x10, 185x10, 210x8
