Bench 1 (week 5 of 10)

Good work out for us...the only downside is I found out the gym will be closed all this week...That really sucks..esp. with how I was wanting to get back into the gym hard this week....Well might have to go to the old gym a few times this week.....o well it will work out...

Tig is back and ready to roll....

A nice vacation always helps me to re focus and get things moving in the right direction with trraining....as I said before we maybe looking at a meeting in Nov.....We tested right before vacation and was able to hit 505 with a nice pause....that made me feel good....we will see how things go and keep work hard....
