Our Daughter is finally here....
A little late I guess, as she was born on 1/16/07 but heck here she is......she currently doing well, she was born with Spina Bifida and long term issues/concerns won't be known till she gets a little older but currently she is doing pretty well. She has already had two surgeries and hopefully that will be all for a while......
We will be getting back into the gym soon...I really haven't done much lifting since before Christmas, but I have been hitting the cardio so that is a plus for me....

Congrats on the new arrival!!! Funny how these things change your life, but its all worth it. Cant wait to see you posting your numbers and sessions again, welcome back.
