Bench 1 (week 9 of 10)

Not a bad workout....things have been nuts around here and we continue to work at getting into the gym and we will but things have been getting in the way so it has made it tough...Not to stressed as I have been walking atleast 3 times per week and my weight is down about 10 pounds so I am feeling better about that...

We plan on finishing out this 10 week cycle and starting over adjusting the weights and really focusing on the board presses and lockout type work....it should be fun.


Flat Bench-135x10, 255x10, 275x8, 300x8, 340x6, 365x3, 315x10
Close Grip Bench-225x8, 275x6, 275x5
Support chest rows-90x15, 115x10, 135x10, 135x10
Precher curls(machine)-110x15, 120x10, 120x10, 130x10
Tri ext(machine)-100x10, 120x10, 120x10, 130x8, 130x8

no nothing at this time...we are going to be going to watch at meet in Nov. but won't be competing in one till spring...
