Haven't had a lot of time to post but have been trying to get a few good workouts a week in....

Flat Bench-135x10, 225x10, 255x8, 255x8, 275x8, 315x5
Close Grip Bench-225x8, 275x6, 275x5
Board Presses-365x10, 405x8, 405x8, 415x5(3 boards)
Tricep pushdowns-110x10, 120x10, 120x10
