Some good things to eat today and tomorrow before my Meet Sat???

Help me out with this...weight wise I am fine and I am feeling really good...but would like to hear what you guys think would be good foods to eat and drink over the next couple days to get ready for the Meet on Sat....thanks guys...

Stick with what got you here. Lift. Hit a huge number. Then pig out! :)

Good luck Tig and have a safe trip. I'm going to a meet in NC this weekend, other wise, might have poped in up your way.
