Bench 2 (week 6 of 10)

Bench 1 (week 7 of 10)
Nice workout...we aren't doing any shirted bench's at this time, taking time off of the shirts....So this is been good as we have been able to get some nice work in....The rack lockouts were heavy today....not sure why they felt so heavy but couldn't hit the weight i was wanting so we just did 5's...it worked.....floor presses continue to be a good lift for me....Flat Bench-135x10, 255x10, 275x8, 300x8, 340x6, 365x3, 315x10Rack Lockouts-375x5, 405x5, 405x5, 415x5Floor Presses-275x5, 315x3, 325x3Incline Bench-185x10, 225x10, 235x10

Bench 2 (week 5 of 10)
Not a bad workout....I was very sore after the workout Tuesday....but felt better today...SORE IN A GOOD KINDA WAY....no pain...which is great...This workout went better then I thought through a few extra reps in on the board presses...I really like them...Probably will stay with the 4 boards for another week or 2...then go down to 3 boards....Flat Bench-135x10, 225x10, 255x8, 255x8, 275x6, 315x5

Easy workout, well take that back...easy flat bench....others were pushing pretty good...we are getting back into the gym this week...it was nice to be off but it is nicer to be back in it...a break is always good....we didn't use the bench shirt today and probably won't next week...again, it doesn't hurt to change somethings up....
